PRODUCTION TIME AND DELIVERY
Production time varries per product. Please read it in each product description.
For international shipping we use FEDEX / TNT or UPS. All items have insurance in case something is damaged or missing. All items have valid tracking number that is traceable in any moment.
We are not responsible for any customs, fees, taxes or duties due to the delivery to the respective countries.There is no custom taxes to US, UK and within Europe.
Delivery time differs depending from destination country. But usually is withnin 3 days till 2 weeks.
US, Canada 2-14 days
European Union and UK 2-10 days
Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Hong Kong 2-14 days
To other countries 5-14 days
PROBLEMS WITH DELIVERY?
Shipment is insured against loss or damage. In case package arrives damaged you should make photos of damaged box and item detals and contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org so we can resolve problem.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you received your item, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You must pay shipping costs for return.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

CUSTOM MADE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately custom made items and items on sale cannot be refunded.
EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
