Thank you for shopping at Sweet Home From Wood. We value your satisfaction and want to ensure a seamless return process. Please review our return policy below for more information on returning your purchase.
Returns:
- You have 14 days from when your order arrives to decide if you want to return it. After that, we can't give you a refund or exchange.
- Most items can be returned within 14 days if you're not satisfied. If there's a problem with your order or you're not happy, email us at info@sweethomefromwood.com to start the return process. Remember, we don't cover the cost of return shipping.
- To return an item, it must be unused and in the original packaging. You'll need a receipt (your invoice) or proof of purchase.
- There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).
Items not eligible for return:
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not our fault.
- Items returned more than 14 days after delivery.
- We do not accept returns for ordered goods with customized designs (e.g., personalization).
How to return:
Follow these steps to start a return:
Step 1: Contact our customer support team at info@sweethomefromwood.com to inform them about the return. Wait for our confirmation before sending it back.
Step 2: Provide the following information:
- Your order number (#0000)
- Item(s) you're returning
- Reason for the return
Shipping Costs:
The shipping costs for returning an item are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated. This includes but is not limited to the shipping costs for returning the item and any customs or taxes incurred during the return process. If the total return shipping and import taxes exceed the item's purchase value, the item will not be refunded, and it will be discarded by the shipping company. Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.
Step 3. When you ship the item back, email us the tracking and order number to info@sweethomefromwood.com.
Refund Process:
- Once we receive the returned item and verify its eligibility, we will initiate the refund process. It usually takes 3-10 business days after we get the item.
- Your refunded money goes back to your credit card or the original payment method. Keep in mind, that shipping and tax fees might reduce the refund amount.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you don't see your refund yet, here's what to do:
- Check your bank account
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted
- Next, contact your bank. Your refund might still be processing

Exchanges:
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return procedure mentioned above and place a new order for the desired item separately.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team at info@sweethomefromwood.com immediately.
All products are insured during shipping for your peace of mind. If your order arrives damaged (unlikely, but just in case), no worries! Reach out to us within 72 hours after the delivery with photos of the damaged box and item, and we'll take care of it. It's important to provide the photos of damages otherwise the insurance won't be able to cover them. If needed, we'll happily send you a replacement to make things right.
