WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN PINE AND BIRCH WOOD AS A BED MATERIAL?
Pine is a slightly softer wood, and our pine beds are coated in beeswax. Birch is a heavier, stronger wood; from a visual perspective, it is lighter in color and you will see less of the wood grain. Our birch beds are coated in beeswax and left unpainted. Painted beds are made from pine wood and then painted with watercolor.
WHY SHOULD I USE SLATS OR A BOX SPRING UNDER MY MATTRESS?
Slats or a box spring provide space for mattress ventilation, which prolongs the life of your mattress and is especially important for those with allergies, colder or variable climates, and high humidity.
HOW SOON WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
For most of our products, the production time is 1-14 days.
If you order a bed on Monday morning, it will be shipped out the same Friday (or the following Friday for painted beds). Shipping usually takes 5 days (deliveries within EU) to 14 days (deliveries to US, Canada, Australia etc.), depending on the destination. We ship our products worldwide.

CAN I ASSEMBLE AND DISASSEMBLE MY BED MORE THAN ONCE?
Yes, you can assemble and disassemble our beds as many times as you need. We use metallic screw holes for precisely this purpose, and all necessary tools are included.
IS IT EASY TO ASSEMBLE A BED OR KITCHEN CHAIR? WHAT TOOLS DO I NEED FOR IT?
Yes, all of our products are quite easy to assemble. We include all of the required tools and detailed instructions for a smooth assembly. Our beds usually take about 25-50 minutes to assemble, while kitchen chairs can be assembled within 10 minutes or less. It’s a safe and fun activity to do with your children.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DAMAGED OR LOST IN TRANSIT?
We ship our products worldwide and very rarely have any issues with lost or damaged items. Even so, all of our products come with insurance. If your order comes damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and we will send you a replacement.
I’M PAYING LARGE SUM FOR MY ORDER, HOW CAN I BE SURE THAT IT WILL BE DELIVERED?
We use an international payment system that is employed by all e-commerce businesses operating through the Shopify.com platform. In case your item is not delivered, you can get your money back by contacting the bank that issued your credit card and filing a complaint. You can also check our account on Etsy.com or Amazon.com, where you will be able to read consumer reviews about our customer service and product quality.
