Production time varries per product. Please read it in each product description.
DELIVERY
For international shipping we use FEDEX / TNT or UPS. All items have insurance in case something is damaged or missing. All items have valid tracking number that is traceable in any moment.
We are not responsible for any customs, fees, taxes or duties due to the delivery to the respective countries.There is no custom taxes to US, European Union.
Delivery time differs depending from destination country. But usually is withnin 3 days till 2 weeks.
US, Canada 2-14 days
European Union and UK 2-10 days
Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Hong Kong 2-14 days
To other countries 5-14 days
PROBLEMS WITH DELIVERY?
Shipment is insured against loss or damage. In case package arrives damaged you should make photos of damaged box and item detals and contact us via info@sweethomefromwood.com so we can resolve problem.
